Direct when established. Explicitly unresolved when it is not.
The “everyone does it” test
If a Democrat, Republican, corporation, union, charity, or media organization committed the same act under comparable circumstances, the answer is not to excuse either one. It is to publish both. Match payment to payment, vote to vote, allegation to allegation, and judgment to judgment—then apply the same conclusion.
A note to the reader
Changing your mind is not surrender. Loyalty is not owed to leaders who abandon the standards they used to earn it. We will not insult you, and we will not soften the record to spare anyone—including us—from what it shows.
